A toothpaste dispenser that provides the exact amount of toothpaste and makes the way of brushing teeth more sustainable and efficient.

The Toothpaste dispenser contains a smart sensor that provides the exact amount of water and toothpaste when the toothbrush is placed in the right position. To reduce water spillage, the Move & brush sprays a small amount of water onto your toothbrush. Then after the toothbrush is slightly wet, the correct amount of toothpaste will be applied to your toothbrush. To ensure that the customers cannot run easily out of toothpaste, a refill packaging is developed that can be easily displaced in the dispenser. The refill packaging contains 50% more than a regular toothpaste tube, which makes it last longer. Both the toothpaste dispenser and the refill packaging are made of durable materials such as ABS plastic. this is unique because the six is offering a solution that add convenience to your life in a sustainable, innovative, and hygienic way. 

The housing of the Move and Brush consists of the Plastic PP (Polypropylene). The plastic PP is resistant to bacterial growth and therefore suitable for food, medical and bathroom equipment. Furthermore, Polypropylene is one of the least toxic types of plastic, which can also be recycled.

The main housing and the water storage, is made out of a solid color. In the housing the toothpaste will be installed and various electrical components that makes the Move and Brush work. The lid and the closure consist of transparent dark tinted color, so the customer is able to see how full the packaging is.

The suction pad can get placed afterwards on the Move and Brush by the customer. It is made out of plastic PVC (Polyvinylchloride), a durable type of plastic.

• suction pump

The Move and Brush is powered by a two AA-batteries power supply, with 2 rechargeable batteries inside. The customer can charge the batteries themselves and place them in the Move and Brush. Because of the sensor, the Move and Brush can always be on standby, as a result it consumes less energy. The sensor quickly activates when a toothbrush is in front of the optical sensor. When the toothbrush is detected by the sensor, the programmable chip will first activate the water pump to place the right amount of toothpaste on your toothbrush. The water pump needs to get filled the first time and refilled when it is empty. This by removing the tray, filling it and placing it back.
